Rajaroshini Neelamagham CFE, CHS, MSc (Economic Crime)
(Roshini) is an experienced investigator and risk professional with deep expertise in governance, compliance, internal controls, financial oversight and organizational integrity across local and global high-risk environments. She draws on extensive hands-on experience in investigations, finance, audit, safeguarding and organizational reviews, following internationally recognized investigation guidelines (e.g., CII, CHS) and accounting standards including IFRS.
Her work spans MNCs and IOs (International Organizations), including IFRC and its movement partners, with benchmarking and advisory exposure to other global agencies (e.g., UNHCR, UNAMA).
She applies structured, evidence-driven methodologies to deliver assurance-led insights and sustainable organizational improvements.
Roshini supports businesses in identifying operational weaknesses, mitigating risk, strengthening internal controls and building sustainable systems that improve efficiency, accountability and performance. Her approach is forensic, outcome-focused and designed to deliver clarity and actionable solutions without disrupting day-to-day operations.
